The damage waiver covers accidental damage from normal, careful use, so a routine mishap won't leave you paying for repairs. It does NOT cover damage from negligence or failure to use common sense, misuse or operating beyond the machine's limits, track or tire damage, intentional or reckless damage, or theft and loss — those remain your responsibility. If you carry your own equipment or general-liability insurance, check this box to drop the waiver, and get a certificate of insurance to us at least 24 hours before handoff.
✓ Damage waiver removed. You're covering any damage with your own policy —
email us your certificate of insurance at least 24 hours before pickup or delivery. The
coverage requirements (limits, loss payee, additional insured) are in the rental agreement.
The waiver covers accidental damage from normal, careful use only. It does

Your info
What 158 GPM means in practice
At full flow this pump moves about 9,500 gallons an hour — a 2,000 gallon stock tank in around thirteen minutes, or a flooded crawlspace far faster than any utility pump on an extension cord. It comes ready to run with 50 feet of discharge hose, 12 feet of suction hose, a strainer, and all the fittings, so there is nothing to buy at the hardware store first.
Jobs it handles
Dewatering trenches, footings, and foundation excavations so you can keep working
Pumping out flooded crawlspaces, basements, and low spots after a storm
Draining ponds, pools, and stock tanks for cleaning or repair
Moving irrigation water — filling tanks, shifting water between ditches during the season
Clearing standing water off a job site or pasture
Semi-trash: what it will and won't pass
Semi-trash means it handles the silt, sand, and small solids that would clog a clean-water pump — muddy trench water, a silty pond bottom, runoff full of grit. It is not a full trash pump: rocks, gravel, sticks, and rags will jam the impeller. Leave the strainer on the suction hose. That strainer is the difference between a pump that runs all day and one that has to come apart.
Getting the most head out of it
91 ft is total head — vertical lift plus friction loss in the hose, not just height. A long run of 2" hose eats into it.
Suction side maxes at about 26 ft of lift, and less at our elevation. Set the pump as close to the water as you safely can.
Prime it every time: fill the pump housing before starting. Running dry ruins the seal in minutes.
Keep the discharge hose as straight and short as the job allows — kinks and coils cost you real flow.
