We keep this simple, like everything else.
When you book equipment we collect what the booking needs: your name, email, phone number, rental dates, any notes you add, your typed signature on the rental agreement, and — if you choose delivery — the delivery address. The contact form collects your name, email, and message. That information is stored in our booking system and used for exactly one thing: running your rental and getting back to you. This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and embeds no third-party trackers.
Card payments happen on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to our servers — we receive only confirmation that the booking was paid. Payment details are handled under Stripe's own privacy policy.
When you type a delivery address, the text you enter is sent to mapping services (the US Census Bureau geocoder, OpenStreetMap's Nominatim and Photon, and Google's address services when enabled) solely to suggest addresses and estimate delivery distance. Nothing else about you is sent with it.
Nothing beyond the above. Booking notifications are delivered to us by a transactional email provider. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and we keep booking records only as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
